This is one neat old piece. It is a true ball jug or pitcher - round as a ball, except for the spout and handle. There is a lovely old Victorian rose pattern around the top of the jug. This is a true antique of 100 years old or more. A gold line runs around the top and down the side of the handle. On the bottom it says Universal Cambridge, O., Made in USA, WARRANTED 22 Carat Gold! There is a hairline crack on the spout of the jug and near the base of the handle and plenty of crazing (I LOVE CRAZING!), but it is still fully functional and displays beautifully.

Just a wonderful timeless piece that would be fun to serve old-fashioned lemonade or iced tea to your guests in. Measurements are approximately 10 inches across (from spout to handle) and about 7 inches tall.
